With the social development and the foreign culture input, marital satisfaction in our country is falling. Lots of sociologists and psychologists do a mass of researches. But after summering existing found, there is not uncertain of trait in different phases in marriage. Also it does not form model of marital commitment, commitment behavior and marital satisfaction. At present, many researches focus on job commitment, there are few studies in discussing relation of marital satisfaction and marital commitment. And it is not only express in language, man and wives also need to show commitment by action. Moreover, there are not questionnaire that fit Chinese culture.According to the shortage, this study tries to interview Chines couples and work out commitment behavior questionnaire. Then investigate status of marriage, commitment and commitment behaviors among different generation. After that, it is need to establish model of marital commitment, commitment behavior and marital satisfaction in order to understand change in marriage in different generation.Through analyzing559data, the research conclusions are followed:(1) Marital commitment is consist by four factors, including loyal, spoken language, action and support. The questionnaire has well reliability and validity. It could be used as an empirical tool in study.(2) The relation among marital commitment, commitment behavior and marital satisfaction is significant. Individual commitment can forecast marital satisfaction, loyal, spoken language and support. Loyal plays a partial medium role in individual commitment and marital satisfaction.(3) After analyzing demography variables, there are significantly difference in marital commitment, commitment behaviors and marital satisfaction.
