Recessive ideological and political education provides a new idea for Ideological and politicaleducation in universities in China. The recessive ideological and political education, is the theideological and political education development demand of The Times, is contemporary collegestudents' subject consciousness enhancement of the call. Developing the recessive ideological andpolitical education research, is an proposes important issue about the college students' ideological andpolitical education practice.In this article based on the research results, mainly using the theories of Marxist social existenceand social consciousness relation, Ideological and political education, Freud's unconscious psychology,and taking the research methods of questionnaire, literature research, theory and practice, this paper isdedicated to the theory research and applied research of The recessive ideological and politicaleducation, to hope that the recessive ideological and political education mechanism and evaluationsystem which we constructed fill the blank in the research of The recessive ideological and politicaleducation, and effectively promote the development of college students' ideological and politicaleducation. Full text was divided into five chapters.Chapter1, introduction. The article mainly introduces the research background, significance,expounds this topic research status from domestic and abroad, illustrates the main contents and methods,and points out the innovation of the place.Chapter2, it focuses on the theory of the recessive ideological and political education function.The first section mainly expounds the theoretical origin of the recessive ideological and politicaleducation. The second section discusses the recessive ideological and political education mechanism.The third section summarizes the recessive ideological and political education function in university. Itprovides the support in theory for the further application research.Chapter3, the main research of the recessive ideological and political education situation andcauses in Chinese universities. The first section analyzes the favorable conditions of playing the role ofthe recessive ideological and political education. The second section is pointed out the problemsexisting in the course of the recessive ideological and political education. The third section summarizesthe unfavorable factors of the recessive ideological and political education in universities.Chapter4, it Expounds the constructive measures to realize the recessive ideological and politicaleducation function in university from Four aspects of Ideological and theoretical, Material preparation,Evaluation system and Process control. Strengthen the attention to the recessive ideological andpolitical education. Fully develop and reasonable use the recessive ideological and political educationresources. Strengthen the construction of the complete recessive ideological and political educationevaluation system.
