Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Middle School Play Recessive Ideological And Political Education Function

Every country attaches great importance to the Ideological and Political Education,especially the education for teenagers. It is related to the rise and fall of a nation andnational prosperity. During the new period, the environment of the Ideological andPolitical Education in our country has undergone profound changes. The traditionaldominant method of ideological and political education has been met by constraints andchallenges. It can neither adapt to the requirements and changes under new situations,nor correspond to the psychology characteristics of the middle school students.Therefore, the effectiveness of education is weakening. However, rational use of andgive full play to the function of recessive ideological and political education canovercome the drawbacks of traditional dominant education. This essay analyzes theconnotation of the recessive ideological and political education in the middle school,and according to the formation process of moral standard and value concept of middleschool students, summarizes four functions of recessive ideological and politicaleducation like assimilation, clarification, construction and internalization. Then,combining with the reality, it describes the existing problems in the functions of currentmiddle school recessive ideological and political education. On the above bases, theauthor suggests choices in developing the function of recessive ideological and politicaleducation during middle school period from the points of teacher; education carrier; therelationship among school, family, society; and incentive systems separately.
