Generally, higher vocational graduates don'tadapt well to workplace. The degree of adaptation can be rated as "mediate".(2). The success of adaptation doesn't vary much with gender and length of time atwork. However, it does vary greatly with the nature of the work, the relevance ofthe work and the major of the graduate, the nature of the enterprise and the sizeof the enterprise.(3).
