This study analyzed the relationship of the career psychological variables (as vocational interest, work value and career decision making self-efficacy) and vocational adaptation. First, the paper collected 12 research reports investigating University students'career interest and reanalyzed the data in them using the meta-analysis method.Then, the study surveyed 570 students used the self-directed Search Inventory (SDS), work value scale and career decision-making self-efficacy Scale with the purpose of investigating the graduates of vocational features and discussing the relevance between career psychological variables. Finally, the multi-factor model of vocational adaptation was constructed and verified well.The results are as follows:(1)Graduates have different vocational psychology features.(2)Compared to the control group, the graduate who find job difficultly get less score in society interest, art interest, enterprising interest, career decision-making self-efficacy and work value.(3)Vocational interest, work values, career decision-making self-efficacy effects on the quality of employment, the multi-factor model of vocational adaptation was constructed and verified well.
