The main purposes of the workplace internship management study is to improve the workplace internship management of college,improve the quality of employment of vocational students,and supply better service for the production and operation of enterprises.With the Quality management theory,take the 2016th higher vocational students of Optoelectronic Engineering College of Yunnan Open University as object,using the PDCA Cycle method to study the quality improvement of the workplace internship,try to solve the serious quality problems during the workplace internship management.Survey the occupational status of the 2016th students in Optoelectronic Engineering College before the start of the workplace internship,by the analysis,it shows that the main problems are the low correlation between occupation and profession,the professional expectation is low,the turnover rate is high,the coverage of campus recruitment service is not enough,the job satisfaction is low.In order to solve these problems,it supply some targeted quality improvement measures,such as guiding students to do a good job planning,deeply understanding the employment needs,cultivating professional identity in the workplace,and optimizing campus recruitment activities.Combined the targeted quality improvement measures,to practice the quality improvement on the workplace internship management of the 2016th higher vocational students in Optoelectronic Engineering College.Then,compared the results with those research results before,it is found that the correlation between position and specialty has been improved,professional expectations improved,the turnover rate is greatly reduced,the campus recruitment service coverage is improved,the students' satisfaction is greatly improved.The study shows that it can effectively improve the management efficiency of vocational colleges for the students through the one-year quality improvement works of workplace internship on the same year,and can improve the quality of workplace internship.The paper studied a series of quality improvement measures of workplace internship for higher vocational colleges,the measures are operable in a certain degree.It enriches the results of the study on the workplace internship of higher vocational colleges,increases the sample of practice research,and provides the reference for the practice management during the vocational colleges in Yunnan and other western provinces which have the similar vocational education environment.
