Research On The Developing Socialization Of The Rural Graduates In China

After the reform and open-up policy, the social productive forces has been developed, and has speeded up the course of the urbanization.Chinese society gradually has get into an accelerating expansion.The most outstanding performance is that the scale of urban population has expanded.The rural population is drifting into cities and peasant's citizenship has been promoted.The rural graduates are the large and special social groups in the wave of urbanization and the groups have been attracted the attention of the field and the society increasingly.This article mainly puts the research key on two aspects:the situation of their employment from school into the urban society and the urban adaption of entering the cities. The object of the paper is the rural graduates and the paper analyzes the urbanized phenomenon.Firstly this article takes measures to the origin,the background,the meaning and the method,using sociological theories about urbanization,socialization, social character and social capital, based on the theories in the past, used the case study method to analyze and understand the urbanized predicament of the rural graduates and the problems encountered during the urbanization.Based on this analysis before, this article continues to dissect the causes that induce the group's problem form social aspects, social concepts and the aspects of the rural graduates themselves.This thesis makes some suggestions in the end.We should gradually solve these problems from three aspects:the primary socialization in the rural areas ,the anticipatory socialization in the college and the developmental socialization in the urban areas.In the background of the rapid social transformation, a large number of rural youth move into cities through the collegiate springboard, become a new migration group and the population size is getting lager and larger.The urbanization of the rural graduates is an important component of the peasant's citizenship and the research can provide the study reference for urbanization.If the rural graduates can get good jobs and cope with the civil life commendably,it not only injects new power into the cities development in China,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas ,but also makes for the optimization of social structure , accelerates the development of Chinese Harmonious Society.
