This research concerns teaching types,structures,methods and existing problems in teaching aspect of rural secondary schools and reasons. By analyzing and studying the information and materials got from investigation,interviewing and questionnaire,I find the following existing problems:Firstly,Teacher's subject position in the classroom campaign is common while that of students isn't really established,"mono-speech hall" and "instilling type" etc. commonly exists. Secondly,Teachers in rural schools mainly adopt the explaining way and seldom guide students to actively research the study. Thirdly,social interventions in schools lead to heavy burden of teachers and students in middle schools. Fourthly,the existing major problem in classroom teaching is that the uneven level of students is the obstacle to effective teaching of teachers. Finally,the teachers in rural schools have the major problems in classroom teaching management as follows:the students' lack of learning motivation or students' absently studying.On the basis of investigation and research,I put forward the following concrete suggestions about selecting and using the teaching methods:To set up complete viewpoints;To insist on using the inspiring way as guiding ideals;To use various methods to obtain the best teaching effects. As for raising teachers' ability to improve individual student's study,I suggest;To apply individual guidance according to different students;To guide students to consciously study teaching materials;To establish the minimum of teaching purposes;Teachers supervise and inspect students according to the stage of study;To fully develop creativity and learning initiative of students. As for alleviating the burden of teachers and students,I suppose:To follow overall and harmonious development law;To follow the mutual-raising law between teaching and learning;To follow the law of optimization as a whole;To avoid appraising teachers only by examination results,and respect teachers' independent teaching rights. At last,this research gives advice that establishes rural secondary school quality-oriented education and creative educational system.The outstanding characteristic of this research is that I use behavior research method to study the compaign of middle school teachers' teaching process in rural schools,on the basis of information above,I put forward solutions to existing problems.
