| With the accelerated process of modernization, creating a division of labor continued to refine, the promotion of individual and social connection makes that the society's risk comes from the people themselves. Based on this, this study selects occupational awareness as the object of study, extensive occupational awareness will not only hinder the process of social modernization, also will harm social benign operation inducement. So it is necessary to change the traditional extensive awareness to make the social development more fine. Refinement society is based on the conception of "Refined management", its foundation is science and technology, with simplification, rightfulness and highly active as principle. Refinement society by the aid of the occupation and division of labour and its purpose is that the realization of the production, management and social services departments active link. Further more, to accelerate people and social to develop in all sides and make healthy progress. It is a new attempt to use "extensive-refine" dimension to measure human modernization, extensive people refer to no or less mastery of scientific knowledge and technical level is low, they mainly in manual labor or simple manual labor for basic living conditions, their actions in accordance with the simple experience and traditional customs. Conversely, refinement people is someone who is full of more science knowledge and higher technology, basing on the reasonable regulations to undertake some specialized work. The refinement is introduced to the study of career awareness as a new analytical perspective. Meanwhile, this study takes the analysis of the career awareness and its influence factors as research purposes by combining with the empirical research.This study, through the operation of the concept of career awareness obtained the system of specific indicators to measure career awareness. The measuring index is divided into three stages, including the occupation attitude, sense of responsibility, occupation ideal occupation and self evaluation. By comparing the labor occupation awareness differences, to infer the factors which affect occupation awareness. The gross sample of this research is to be taken by the type of career with the sampling method, they are workers, service personnel, corporate executives and teachers.The analysis results as follows:firstly, the influence of significant factors of occupation awareness, the impact of gender and age are weak, While the workers age, income, occupation, cultural level and occupation awareness are remarkable correlation with occupation awareness. Secondly, the results of laborer occupation awareness comparison, workers with low educational level of laborers on the occupation satisfaction and pride perceptions of internal differences in maximal into the trend of polarization, when the labourer's monthly income reaches a certain amount, then income will be correlated positively with occupation awareness; by regression analysis, types of occupation has a significant effect to occupation stability, teachers'occupation highest administrative staff stability, the worst is the stability of worker's occupation; in the self-evaluation of the five indicators, commercial and service industry workers have a highest evaluation, the responsibility and ambition of teachers are strongest, enterprise administrative personnel of the strongest time consciousness, workers is minimum in the self evaluation; all of them are lack of occupation loyalty awareness.It is a kind of brand-new exploration which use refinement to measure the extent of social modernization, in theory and demonstration, through the refinement of establishment and perfection of the index system for measuring modernization, they can provide a quantitative basis to facilitate the analysis of the existing problems and deficiencies and reduce the operation of social risk, the refinement also can offer a theoretical basis to promote the harmonious development of the society. |
