A Study On The Refinement Problem Of College Students' Career Guidance

With the continuous development of China's higher education and new employment situation,it is very important and urgent to strengthen the career guidance for college students and help them with their employment and self-employment.Colleges and universities in recent years have been exploring ideas and ways in the introduction of the concept of fine management,promoting it to become more scientific,programmed and professional.Based on the practice of university occupation guidance,and taking Guangzhou University Huaruan Software College as a case,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the vocational guidance work in Colleges and universities,the existing problems and the causes of the problems with methods of investigation,literature and so on.This paper,based on the basic theory of vocational guidance,also puts forward the measures and strategies of the fine vocational guidance for college students,hoping to provide a useful reference for the employment of College Students.The first part is the preface,which is mainly to ask questions,and briefly explain the reasons for the proposed topic.It gives a summary about the relevant literature at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the study,research ideas and methods for the subsequent research.The second part is a brief introduction of the Fine Orientation of College Students' Career Guidance from a macroscopic point of view.By drawing on advanced fine management philosophy,the author puts forward the theory that the refinement of college student's career guidance puts people first.With a careful attitude,the paper precisely grasps every detail of professional guidance,highlighting the characteristics of the refinement of professional guidance,humanity,scientificity,systematicness,purposiveness as well as stratification.At the same time,it analyses the career guidance work of Guangzhou University Huaruan Software College.Through the comparison of data in the past three years,the paper expounds the achievements made by the school in the path of fine career guidance,and clarifies the necessity and requirement of the fine vocational guidance of college students.The third part analyzes the current situation of vocational guidance in colleges and universities through questionnaires,on-the-spot investigation and case analysis.It states that although the current career guidance of college students is moving forward and has made some achievements,it still full of obstacles.This is mainly due to the weak professionalism of the vocational guidance team,the imperfect work system,the lack of personalized service needs,and the formalization of assessment methods etc.These issues are raised in this paper to provide practical basis for the research.By studying the case of Guangzhou University Huaruan Software College of fine professional guidance,the fourth part puts forward the methods of college students' career guidance refinement through empirical exploration,analysis,and questionnaires.The methods are as follows.Firstly,set up a professional career guidance team,raising people's awareness,encouraging them to fully participate,combining professionals with unprofessional,researches with trainings.Secondly,integrate and design resources of career guidance effectively.Innovate career guidance model,and provide accurate help and personalized career guidance.Use quantitative indicators and improve the assessment system.The author hopes that through the research,this paper can provide a practical reference for college students' career guidance.It can also provide enlightening thinking for improving the overall quality of graduates and their higher quality employment and rational use of the employers.In the meanwhile,the results of the research are applied to daily work for further research.Finally,the author also hopes that the research will provide a new perspective for the study of College Students' career guidance and the results of the study will benefit more colleges,students,and employers.
