| With the continuous progress of information technology and the rapid spread and extension of computer network, great changes has taken place on the communication channels of knowledge and communicative means of academy. Ubiquitous knowledge environment has been playing more and more important role in our society.The emergence of ubiquitous knowledge environment has brought in many-sided effects in modern society. On the one hand, it not only provided users channels with multi-level and multi-method to acquire information, which resulted in partly loss of library users, but also caused great changes for information requirements and actions of users, which made the library services fall behind of the changes of situations. On the other hand, it also furnished conditions for creating service methods of library. In order to adapt to the changes of new situation, satisfy the need of teachers and students in university better and facilitate the researching and teaching tasks, this thesis will try to create the service system of library in university by the new information service ideas and network application under ubiquitous knowledge environment. In this way, we will retake those lost battlefields belonged to library by expanding the service spaces. This article analyzed the features of users'information requirements and the changes of users'information actions, displayed the necessity and possibility for creating service system, demonstrated the service goal for creating service system, built the framework for creating service system, and depicted the building strategies for creating service system in details. Under this circumstance, we will deepen and expand the library service in university by creating service system so that we can satisfy the diverse and individualistic information requirements, open the fresh progress for the information service of library and make the library play a more important role as a kind of information medium. |
