In this context, the thesis analyzes animation industry chain of Liaoning Province.First,analyzed the the profit pattern and industrial characteristics of Animation industry in the major world,summarizes the advantage resources of each country in Animation chain,summarized the development of animation industry chain of many factors,provide a reference for the construction of Liaoning's Animation industry chain. Then, starting from animation industry chain factors ,made the animation industry chain index, statistics the data through the questionnaire survey way; Using reliability analysis, factor analysis validates of the evaluation system, establish out all the evaluation index weight,constructed the evaluation index system of the animation industry chain, finally combined with the Animation industry status in terms of policy, market, environmental and technical aspects in Liaoning Province, constructed of a chain of animation industry, And in order to strengthen the Animation industry chain put forward some series of policy suggestions.
