Study On The Chinese Animation Industry Efficiency And Development Strategies

Animation industry was known as the "smoke-free heavy industry" in foreign countries. Many countries have paied attention and supported on the animation industry. In recent years, animation industries have become a new growth point of the world economy and Created a huge of economic benefits and a beautiful spirit for the majority of consumers to enjoy.In recent years, our country has more and more emphsised on the animation industry and the olicy and capital support for the industry have inceased. Local governments also strive to foster the local animation industry, The ational and local animation industry bases mushroomed established, a number of animation companies are representative of development original animation path and accumulated wealth and brand value, and this is Anime industry to the development of surface. However, compared to the efforts of government and community inputting and concerning on the development of China's animation industry, China's animation industry is still quite backward in terms of animation of the original strength, or from the animation market, operational capability, China's animation industry. There was not a small gap exists between China's animation industry with the United States, Japan and other developed animation, which resulted in imbalance of industry-wide input-output ratio.As the warming of the animation industry, the enthusiasm of researching on the animation industry is running high. Some scholars based on the characteristics of the animation industry proceeding strengthening the original culture, exploring the diversity of animation channel of communication and expanding the development of peripheral industries. There are also some scholars based on constructing and improving the industrial chain, putting forward the Strategy in strategic planning.This article is divided into five parts, the first chapter and chapter describes theoretical and practical background of the efficiency of the animation industry evaluation, espeaclally emphasis on the analysis of the animation industry and explore the main crux of the application of DEA efficiency evaluation model for subsequent empirical research. In this study, the core is the third and fourth parts. ChapterⅢ, the author use 13 selected key areas as the DEA efficiency evaluation of decision making unit. with industrial output, as output indicator the number of original animation to the animation industry bases, number of employees, number of enterprises as input indicators, and useing CCR model for the development of China's animation industry DEA efficiency evaluation. ChapterⅣ, on the basis of the evaluation to proposed development strategies, that improve the animation industry chain, establishing the linkage mechanism of "the government, industry associations, enterprises", innovating high-end animation training mechanism and regulating the development of animation industry base.
