The Research Of Disaster Emergency Location And Material Dispatching

With the introduction of research situation at home and abroad about Emergency Location and Materials Dispatching, this paper summarizes several common models such as P-median, P-center, covering models and so on. Then, on describing the characteristic of natural disasters and disaster emergency management systems, this article presented the principles of emergency location and the location steps under the guidance of the principles.This article analyzed and quantified the common factors of emergency location problem. Then it established the constraint and weight according to the affected population factor, transportation convenience factor, the economic factor and the time restriction factor. Also it analyzed the common location model; choose the appropriate mathematical model to be improved. The article established the single facility model that based on P-median model and generalized maximum covering model and multi-facility model which based on generalized maximum covering model. At last, it used xpress-MP to solve models.After the completion of emergency location decision, and taking into account the actual situation of material supply after a disaster, this article focuses on the emergency material dispatching program under the conditions of a continuous supply of materials and transport capacity constraint. Then it established the single-material dispatching model and multi-material dispatching model. Ultimately, an example is utilized to verify the feasibility of the given algorithm.
