Study On The Spatial Location Optimization Of The Construction Land Development In Huanghua

With the rapid development of urbanization in China, construction land expansion in China becomes major issues for the stability and sustain of the social economic development. The unreasonable expansion of the construction land was gradually gaining on the marginal farmland. Along with the reduce of the quantity and the quality of cultivated land, raising the efficiency of the construction land use efficiency become the realistic way to ensure the Food Security, and the social economy development.Under this background, this paper tries to excellent degree evaluation according to the location of the construction land development space to integrate existing optimality analysis, construction land and its development and space use optimization, through the evaluation of the existing construction land.. The study takes HuangHua construction land as example, discusses the evaluation system constructing location optimization, demonstrates the location optimization of HuangHua urban land, suggest some ways to the optimality of the existing and the development space of the construction land in Huanghua.This paper put forward the exploratory of the location, refers to the definition of optimality of an area at some point or the position of the bad or good degree, is a relative of the dimensionless values. The paper exhibited good and bad by Score.The higher the quality, the higher the Score, and vice versa.Based on lots of material as characters, data, the maps etc,the paper established the database about the construction land location optimization under the support of GIS as research tools. With the powerful database support, through the data space analysis, buffer analysis and systematic analysis methods,the paper completed the location selection and the evaluation index of optimality of the quantitative index factor. Through introducing the calculation formulas of calculation optimality of studied area town are concerning evaluation result, combining the construction land use control zoning maps of general land use planning,got the optimization of the construction land development space.The results show that comparing the optimal result with the present situation and program of the urban,the study pointed out the rationale and the developing tendency of the construction land, provideed scientific and reasonable basis for the allocation of the construction land, thus realized the raising of the efficiency of the construction land use, ensured the healthy and sustainable development of the city.
