Dilapidated house transformation relocated model refers to renovate urban dilapidated area by the way of implementing offsite relocation in the same city, which can not only improve the living conditions of dilapidated area but upgrade the city-inner land and increase the city’s overall land use efficiency. In addition, dilapidated house transformation relocated model can also achieve the dual purposes that improve the low-income groups’ living environment of dilapidated area and crack the city-inner construction land constraints. However, the current implementation effect on dilapidated house transformation relocated model did not achieve the expectation level, and the main contradiction is that the current location conditions of resettlement land provided by the government and the market have inconsistent with resettlement groups’ psychological expectations conditions to some extent. Therefore, establishing a composite land location measurement knowledge body based on dilapidated house transformation relocated model takes a particular important theoretical and practical significance in quantifying resettlement land’s comprehensive location requirement, promoting dilapidated house transformation relocated model’s healthy and orderly implementation, and accelerating the process of urban dilapidated house transformation and urban renewal.This paper aims to build composite resettlement land location utility measurement knowledge body based on dilapidated house transformation relocated model by city-inner analyzing dilapidated area residents’ living situation and residential location demand, which includes designing land location advantage degree evaluation system, preliminary establishing resettlement land location utility measurement model system, and constructing land space allocation efficiency optimization driving force system and related security mechanism. This knowledge body can provide a systemic theoretical frame for dilapidated house transformation relocated land selection.Under the principles of comprehensive and objective, this paper build dilapidated house transformation relocated location utility measurement knowledge body by introducing utility theory, entropy theory, land location theory, land evaluation theory, land optimization theory and using qualitative and quantitative analysis combining, theoretical and empirical analysis combining, transverse and longitudinal research combining method.At last, the conclusion was drawn consistent with the research objectives, and gives the countermeasures, suggestions, outlooks, which solve the major contradiction of dilapidated house transformation relocated model effectively and fundamentally. On the other hand, this knowledge body can also dig city-inner land resources and relief the contradiction effectively between the increasing demand in urban housing and the gradual strengthening constraints in city-inner construction land, so as to achieve the dual goals: improving people’s livelihood and promoting the city’s economic development.
