Land is the basic of natural resource which people depend on its existence and development. The humanity to the land utilization procedure is also to the Intervention and adaptation process of ecological environment. Land use is the driving force of ecological environment change. Different land use patterns and intensity of ecosystem services will bring some different degree impact on the ecosystem services function. With the rapid development of social economy, some land degradation phenomena have been found by over-exploitation and excessive use and ecological environmental quality decline, the problem of land ecological environment has become the major obstacle, which restrict the development of sustainable social economy. Therefore, the study of land use change has great significance for influencing the region ecosystem service value.Taking Liaoning Province as the research object, according to the present situation and problems of the land use and ecological environmental. This study has analyzed the changes of land use change and ecological service value in Liaoning Province. The results show that: the area of cultivated land, rangeland and unutilized land tended to decrease while that of and forest land, water area and buildings increased from 1996 to 2009. The total ecosystem service value is 175.281 Billion Yuan in 1996 and increased to185.804 Billion Yuan in 2009,which raised to 5.52%. On the whole, the ecosystem service value will present the weak increment trend. The sensitivity analysis suggested that the ecological value coefficient for forest land of ecosystem service value is full of flexibility. While others land use area estimates are relatively robust. Land use changes interaction with ecological service value. Take cultivated land as a an example, the largest rate of change ecological service value is 57.5% in Fushun City and the least change rate of ecological service value is 4.63% in Yingkou City. Through the change rate of value carries on the simple classification. The relation analysis indicated that the correlation degree is lowest between ecosystem service value and cultivated land. With forest land and gross domestic product (GDP), the correlation degree is biggest, the value is 0.950 and 0.782.Through this study can provide scientific basis for the innovation and practical research of general land use planning in similar areas and Liaoning Province. It also provides reference suggestions for the sustainable utilization of land resources and eco-environmental quality. This study has important theoretical value and practical significance to promote the relationship between man and land is coordinated and the development of sustainable social economy.
