This paper selects Luoyang as the research area, and selects 1995-2015 as the research period, which is typical urbanization period.Choosing 1995,2000,2005,2010 and 2015 from research period, combing with 1:100000 Land use data, using RS and GS technology, using Landsat remote sensing image and Google earth, this paper establishes sample database and gets basic data information of five annual land use change.Basis on this, this paper roundly analyses land use change of Luoyang from the land use type distribution and quantity, speed, direction and degree of Luoyang by using the land use dynamic degree?comprehensive and single land use dynamic degree?,land use transfer matrix and land use degree change model. This paper analyzes the ecosystem service value response under the influence of land use change from the aspects of value distribution and change, sensitivity analysis and spatial statistical analysis, then analyzes the use of changing human and social driving force by means of qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper draws the following conclusions:?1?During the period from 1995 to 2015,the land use change process of Luoyang was complicated,as follows:From the changes in the number of land use types, the overall performance for the reduction of arable land, grassland, construction land area increased. The number of cultivated land area changed the most, the reduction of 636.88km2 in 20 years, the main reduction is dry land;construction land changes was the largest, increased by 45%,the main increase is the urban land;grassland area growth rate, the growth rate of 26%The area of the area increased by nearly 100km2,the growth rate was 37%,but the area of the beach area was reduced on a large scale. The proportion of unused land was the smallest, but there was a significant downward trend. The forest area decreased slightly and the amplitude was not obvious, while the sparse forest to reduce the 682.32km2.The overall change is particularly evident in the conversion of land use types.During 20 years, the total transfer area reached to 3359.69km2,accounting for 22%of the total area. The specific realization was as follows:the area of cultivated land was the largest, reaching to 1546.83km2,and the main transfer type was construction land, which was 520.30 km2,mainly transferred from arable land;the transfer rate of grassland and unused land were very large, but the transfer into area of grass was higher than the transfer area, mainly transferred from the arable land;forest land transfer area is lower than the transfer area, the main grassland and arable land.In terms of land use,the overall change is not significant during 20 years. The land use index showed a decreasing trend of decreasing first and then the change of land use degree index, and the rate of change was negative between 1995-2000 and 2000-2005.Based on the results of land use type analysis,it was found that during the two periods of time, the area of cultivated land decreased significantly, which led to the decrease of the land use index.Between 2005-2010 and 2010-2015,the change of land use degree index and the rate of change were positive, which was closely related to the increase of construction land contact.?2?In 1995-2015,the Ecosystem Service Value?ESV?of Luoyang increased by 39.669 billion yuan to40.833 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 3%.The total ESV increased in the two study periods from 1995to 2000 and 2000-2005,with the increase rates of 2.9%and 3.2%respectively.The total ESV of Luoyang in 2005 was the highest, which was 41.839 billion yuan.During the followed two periods, the total ESV showed a downward trend. From the point of the ecosystem service value of each land use type, the ESV of cultivated land decreased continuously from 1995 to 2015.The ESV of the grassland increased greatly and then remained stable. The ESV of the forest land decreased slowly. The ESV of the waters increased significantly which mainly contributed to the increase of total ESV.From the point of the change of the value of individual ecosystem services, the change of ESV in Luoyang was slow, and the change of ESV was only 9.1%,and the change of ESV was not obvious. The proportion of individual functional values as follow:water conservation>waste treatment>climate regulation>biodiversity conservation>soil formation and protection>gas exchange>entertainment body>raw materials>food production. From 1995 to 2015,the ESV of Luoyang is inelastic for the change of value coefficient, the ecological value coefficient is reliable and the research result is credible. The spatial distribution of ESV has significant spatial autocorrelation, and the spatial pattern is significantly aggregated, which means, whether high ESV region or low ESV region, tended to gather in spatial distribution.Hot spot area of ESV was mainly distributed in the northern part of the Yellow River Basin, followed by the Yiluo River Basin,as well as Lu Hun Reservoir in Song County and Gu Xian Reservoir in Luan Chuan County;cold spot area was mainly concentrated in urban areas of Luoyang and urban areas of counties, and the hot spot and cold spot distribution of ESV in southern region was not obvious.?3?Driving factors of land use change mainly include natural driving factors and human and social factors.Natural factors include geology and geomorphology, climate, soil, hydrology, etc.,but in the short term, the role of natural driving factors is very weak, land use change is mainly affected by human and social factors. This paper analyzes the human and social driving forces of land use change in Luoyang by using qualitative and quantitative methods.According to the results of the analysis, the factors of economic development, population growth, urbanization, industrial structure adjustment and scientific and technological progress were the main human and social factors influencing the land use change in Luoyang from 1995 to 2015,and policy factors such as land use Macro-control,etc.,are also important human and social factors of the land use change.
