Coating Production Line Optimization Studies

Vechicle paint line is the key process of automobile production on energy control and environment control. And the automobile company running cost and environment pollution control depends on the paint line mainly. Saving energy, lowering pollution and raising the production ratio need to improve the management method. And the most important that the paint line shall be built and rebuilt on having been considered its running limit on energy saving and environment protection.Vechicle paint line running cost, energy consumption and environment pollution & protection is quite important to the vehicle company.In the article; it shows out the vehicle paint line characters. And through the chart and sheet, the importance of vehicle paint line's improvement is lined out. Base on the current paint line,the production tack time,production ratio,energy,logistics and the discharge of the three wastes is studied in order to improve the system production per hour,reduce the cost and improve the compalitibility to the environment. At last the quality imformation manage system, AVI system improvement is introduced.And its importance is pointed out as a base tool.Several aspects improvement is showed in the thesis. It can be the refrence to the reader on saving energy, lowering pollution and raising production ratio.
