The Study Of Strategies And Measures For Energy Saving And Discharge Cutting In Highway Transportation

Along with the development of industrialization and urbanized advancement, the highway transportation profession is very important in the economic society. However, along with the economical development, energy consumption and environmental pollution which in the highway transportation developing process have been seriously restricting the economical, social, the environment and the resources development, the resources lack and the environment pressure have became the prominent contradiction in the process of economy and social development. Therefore, according to sustainable development, saves the energy to realize the development between highway transportation and the social economy is the direction of the path transportation development, have the profound significance in impelling the development of highway transportation profession in our country.Taking sustainable development as the instruction, this article has analyzed the relation between energy and economical, social progress and environment and united the meaning of the sustainable development of highway transportation. Then explicitly pointed out the energy saving in highway transportation is the inevitable choose of the transportation development. Through understanding the current situation of development of some overseas energy saving in highway transportation, the article summarized the overseas development experiences and analyzed current situation of development and the existing questions of energy saving in our country, and then indicated the direction of selecting the measure. Finally, the article proposed the development strategies and measures of energy saving in highway transportation separately from the plane of macroscopic and microscopic, the two angles of reducing the energy to save directly and enhancing the efficiency to save indirectly.
