To help ZhenXing decoration company establish a sound scientific and reasonable performance management system, and to give steady and effective solutions for existing problems in enterprise performance management, I choose "the research on performance management appraisal system of ZhenXing decoration corporate" as a subject, and put forward a more comprehensive program for the company's performance management from the perspective of overall planning, assessment, implement programs, implementation steps, and other supporting measures based on the subject research. So that the program can adapt to the rapid development of ZhenXing decoration company.This article is divided into six sections:introduction, theoretical review, corporate performance management analysis, corporate performance management improvement program, corporate performance management improvement measures, and conclusions and recommendations. First, the author describes the background, purpose and significance, and defines the related concepts. And then through the theoretical review, I discuss the developing status of performance management, and analyze the current situation of performance management in ZhenXing decoration company, and point out a number of existing issues. Finally, based on the above analysis, pose the improvement program and concrete measures of the program of ZhenXing decoration company performance management.This article follows along a basic ideas of to ask questions, to analyze problems and to solve the problem. Based on the analysis of the status quo, we pose improvements against existing problems, revise and improve the performance management appraisal system of ZhenXing decoration company. Then we practice implementations within the company by a series of initiatives, and further optimize the process of implementing improvements. In the course of this study, we use a combine method of theory with practice, research, comparative analysis to realize the purpose of this research.
