Now in the era of increasingly fierce market competition, constant changes of consumer demand and rapid development of science and technology, make the enterprises in complex and changeable business environment. To achieve long-term strategic goal, enterprises must build sustainable and effective competitive advantage. The practice of market competition makes enterprises understand that only if put customer value on a high strategic and make the perspective of competition into the level of creating value for customers, along with innovation of customers value, then we could gain competitive advantage. Regarding take the customer as guidance of the customer value research has started high tide in recent years, but regarding take the customer value as the guidance of the dynamic competitive advantage's research is quite few. Based on the orientation of customer value, this article discussed constructing enterprise dynamic competitive advantage and constructed model, and carried on the empirical analysis,.proposed the promotion competitive advantage strategy.This article first discussed the research background and significance, research mentality, research technique and innovation place of business dynamic competitive advantage that based on the customer value theory; followed by review of the domestic and international theory on the relationship between customers value and enterprise competitive advantage, and made comments; Then, defined the customer value and enterprise dynamic competitive advantage in this article, and discussed the customer loyal theory and the value chain theory, which has laid the foundation for the model construction of business dynamic competitive advantage based on the customer value in the next chapter; Then, according to that customer demand changes lead to change of customer value level, then affect customer loyalty, and influence enterprise competitive advantage, so only by constantly meeting customer needs, improving their competitive advantage according to customer value change,creates and transmits the customer value, making competitive advantage for dynamic, enterprises can get sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, based on the customer value, constructed business dynamic competitive advantage model; Then, the article discussed the promotion strategy of business dynamic competitive advantage that based on the customer value, mainly aims at how will the enterprise carry on the customer value innovation to obtain the competitive advantage; Afterward, carried on the empirical analysis to the Lenovo Group based on the customer value's enterprise competitive advantage, pointed out that enterprise should according to customer value to constantly adjust their competition, which can keep on gaining competitive advantage; Finally, summarized according to the above content, and looks forward to the future. Hope that through this study, makes the enterprise can obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
