After analyzing the existing new product development process of the Changan Automobile Ltd, it uses ASME method to analyze the new product development process of the Changan Automobile Ltd. This obviously indicates the teches of value-added and non-value-added;Chapter Four describes re-engineering of the process based on analyzing before, and also describes the process in details, which has also applied the ESIA method.Chapter Five draws new working flow, risk evaluation of re-engineering and implement of the Changan Automobile Ltd. The main process of re-engineering includes working out new process execution plan, training mechanism, evaluation of new process and making continuous improvement.
