Automobile industry has been regarded as an important indicator to measure the level ofa country’s level of industrial development. This is also an important pillar of the nationaleconomy industries. It not only creates a huge national or regional GDP, but also led to thetransportation, military strength, the development of high-tech industries. It also increased therevenue for the country’s foreign exchange reserves and employment opportunities. On theother hand, the development and popularity of the automobile industry to improve the carconstantly improve people’s living standard, changed people’s production and life, promotingsocial progress.Automobile business performance analysis is the enterprise strategic positioning andselection of the basis and prerequisite. It also is an important means of business strategyspecific implementation results. At the same time, operations strategies also reflect businessobjectives and performance analysis. Firstly, through the study of the situation relating to thedomestic and foreign automobile business performance, the essay make a summary andcombing auto brands in China’s large enterprises-Changan Automobile study. Based on thebusiness performance and strategic theory, the article analyzes the overall situation of China’sauto industry development analysis. Then, this study uses the the company’s financial datadisclosed Changan Automobile China Securities Regulatory Commission in2010and2013,including the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement of ChanganAutomobile. The article analyzes the overall balance sheet Changan Automobile, productionoperations and cash flows since2010. In addition, the article further analyzes the operatingcapacity of Changan Automobile Co., profitability, solvency and future development capacity.Based on the above analysis of the operating performance of the internal and externalenvironment faced by Changan Automobile analyzed for Changan Automobile developspecific business strategies to enhance the company’s business performance, Includinginvestment strategies, financing strategies and cost control strategies.This paper is divided into five portions and the main research contents each portion ofare as follows:(1) Introduction. In the first part of the paper, we focus on the background, thesignificance, the method, the content and the possible new ideas of the paper, then the paperanalysis the relevant literatures about the enterprise financial strategy management.(2) Overview of China’s automobile industry and Changan Group. The paper analyzesthe general development of China automobile industry and the relevant condition of Changan Group. In the development of China automobile industry, we focus on the process of thedevelopment, the supply and the demand condition of the electricity, the basic condition of themain five automobile enterprises and the market share of the China automobile industry.(3) Changan operational performance analysis. In this part, based on the financial data ofChangan Group in2010and2013, the paper analyzes the capacity of running, making profits,paying back and development.(4) On the basis of Changan Automobile Company operating performance analysis, thearticle also analysis Changan Automobile Company’s own competitive position and externalbusiness environment based on the SWOT analysis. And accordingly develop the company’sfuture development strategy, including investment strategies, financing strategies and costcontrol strategies.(5) Conclusions and policy recommendations. In the last part, we conclude the aboveanalysis and propose the relevant advices for the future development of Changan Group. Itincludes strengthen the risk controls of company, improving the comprehensive capacity ofthe staff and conducting the information oriented reform in the enterprise management.
