Abstract/Summary:
Analyzing from the human resources management perspective, this article discuss the staff motivation in foreign enterprises of oil and gas industry, furthermore, it also discusses its impact on the company's core competency.This article has a thorough investigation on the advantages, disadvantages and challenges of human resources management in those oil and gas companies. It provides the following methodologies and proposals by analyzing the compensation survey and staff survey. First of all, it's necessary to promote the company culture, cohesion and leadership to follow the company mission and target, as well as the social environment. Secondly, provide staff with chances for self-development and learning through training and team building. Finally, provide staff with competitive total remuneration package to motivate and retain them with high performance and on critical positions.This article has selected the foreign enterprises in oil and gas industry to further analyze the actual situation and the result is tailor-made for this special circle. This is to provide the human resources personnel, as well as the management team, a tip and methodology in their staff motivation and talent retention.
