The sustainable development of enterprises needs a stable human resources. In the process of enterprise development, some of the staff (senior staff) with a long working life and the same fate, along with the growth of enterprises, witnessed the development of enterprises, become the stable power of enterprise development. However, with the development of the times, they are in the idea, post skills and other aspects of the time to catch up with the times, with the development of the enterprise. In addition to the new staff of continuous input, so that the two groups in the enterprise has a mixed interests, conflicts and conflicts are more obvious.This thesis takes the management and motivation theory as the guide, through questionnaires and interviews, summed up the five major problems encountered by the senior staff of M company:occupation "ceiling" phenomenon, the problem of salary motivation mechanism, the new senior employee relations issues, performance incentive, spirit motivation problems, and puts forward the corresponding the targeted difference according to the five aspects:the difference of the occupation development mechanism, compensation mechanism, the difference between senior staff and new employee "mentoring" mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism, the difference between the emotional motivation mechanism, and put forward in the implementation process of the five kinds of motivation mechanism and the implementation of security.In this paper, we will not put all of the simple assumption into a completely consistent overall, but by the idea of classified management, the staff will be divided into senior staff and other employees (new college students and social workers) two groups for research. At the same time, the problem of the motivation mechanism of the senior staff of M company is studied.In the problem analysis, the knowledge and methods of sociology, psychology, and more profound analysis of the characteristics of senior staff, to lay the foundation for the following analysis.
