Research The Beijing Housing Layered Supply System

With the development of marketization of urban housing system, our housing market has entered the rapid developed stage in recent years. Many first-tier cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and other cities'housing prices continue to rise. There has been a serious deviation between high prices and the purchasing power of ordinary people. The housing problems of low-income groups lead to widespread concern in society as well as academic discussion. Therefore, this article studies the housing supply system of Beijing, reveals the market crux and policy causes of difficulties in purchasing houses for the low-income families., meanwhile drawing on domestic and international representative national and regional housing system and policy, and then puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening the government's housing security responsibilities, increasing affordable housing construction and the supply of multi-channel availability, regulating real estate market, and achieving the purpose to improve the housing supply system.In the first place, this article recalls the construction process of Beijing's housing supply system, then collects the housing sales cycle, housing transaction prices, disposable income and housing data such as consumer spending for quantitative analysis of housing affordability. Finally, according to the successful experience of housing supply from domestic and foreign, put forward a proposal of improving Beijing housing supply system.
