In China,owning a house has always been an important thing.The housing problem is not only related to the harmony and stability of small families,but also closely related to the stability and stability of the whole society.Therefore,housing security is a relief measure that any country will take.With the continuous development of economy,China's economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.People's living conditions and living conditions have been significantly improved,and house prices are also growing.The contradiction between the rapid growth of house price and the slow growth of residents' income is gradually deepened,and the housing problem is increasingly serious.Beijing,as the political,economic and cultural center of China and the first tier city in China,has a developed social economy and a large number of Beipiao people.A large number of floating population are pouring in,and the housing needs of a large number of low-income groups need to be met.At the same time,there are some problems in Beijing's supply of indemnificatory housing,such as unclear definition of supply object,too narrow coverage of indemnificatory housing,single financing channel,and "sandwich layer" in the supply of indemnificatory housing.In view of this,it is particularly important to improve the supply level of Beijing's indemnificatory housing.This paper uses Stata software,gray correlation analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis,starting with the influencing factors of affordable housing in Beijing,and makes an empirical analysis on four aspects: government supply factor,real estate market factor,urbanization factor,and resident demand factor.The conclusion is that there is a negative correlation between Beijing's regional GDP and Beijing's indemnificatory housing investment;there is a negative correlation between the price of commercial housing and Beijing's indemnificatory housing investment;there is a negative correlation between the completed area of housing and Beijing's indemnificatory housing investment.According to the empirical conclusion,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions: innovating diversified fund-raising channels,stabilizing the price of commercial housing,curbing the rise of house price,improving the mechanism to guarantee the access and exit of people,improving the management system of provident fund,improving the legal system,strengthening policy guidance,adhering to the dominant position of the government,deepening the reform of the financial and tax system.The purpose is to improve the supply level of indemnificatory housing in Beijing,promote the development and improvement of the indemnificatory housing system in Beijing,To provide constructive suggestions for the supply of indemnificatory housing in Beijing and the first tier cities in China.
