With a history of more than 100 years, China Post Group Corporation has been facing more competitions than ever, which are mainly on Express Courier field. The speedy developing of E-business bring more potential needs, postal commercial services and the reforming of traditional postal services are just beginning.This text elaborates present conditions, characteristics and challenges of China Post, analyzes the scarcity. Studied the present conditions of the product market and develop trend and rivalry stance. Analyze the rivalry situation of China Post by using SWOT. Analyze the challenge and opportunity brought by the developing needs on E-Business. Post Enterprise should adjust its products strategy, price strategy,sales channel based on different compete environment and customers. This text proposes the strategy which China Post Group should adapt to hold the advantage and to extend market shale.China Post Group Corporation must redesign the market strategy, analyze the difference between customer's needs and traditional services, understand customer's mental state and needs, text and control customer's satisfaction; establish the price standards for the different customers; ask for help of a modern sales mode fatherly, design products based on the opportunity brought by E-business; intensify the cooperation with E-business customers, expand the marketing channels; speed up the steps of releasing new products, promote the enterprise competitive fatherly.
