Because of the sustained development of economy, the living of people continues to be improved. Decoration companies were established in 1990s and decoration industry output had reached one trillion in 2010. The annual growth rate of decoration industry is 12-15% in 2000-2010. LF decoration co., ltd. is the representative of rapid expansion in decoration industry, the output value had more than 10 billion in 2009. Its development model, market positioning, marketing strategies all have representatives in the decoration industry.This article attempts to analyze the macro environment and micro environment of LF decoration co., ltd. And study the strategic direction, marketing positioning, target customer selection, market segmentation strategy by the PEST analysis, five forces model analysis, strategic group analysis, SWOT analysis, STP analysis and other methods of analysis from the aspects of corporate strategic positioning, industry value chain, marketing mix strategies, customer value, services marketing and so on. The article also attempt to use the theory of 4P, the theory of 4C to study the Product, Price, Channel, Promotion, Consumer, Cost, Convenience, Communication and summed up the advantages and disadvantages of marketing strategy, give advices based on analysis and marketing practice, hoping to improve enterprise Marketing competitiveness, get rid of homogeneous competition.
