The structure of the age population has been the aging society since 2000 year in China.By statistics ,the aging populatoin of over 60 years old of China accounts for 10.46% and the population of over 65years old is 88,110,000 which accounts for 6.96% of the total population.Either the increasing of absolute quantity or the of the proportion of the aging population ,the aging industry of China is a huge potential industry.As we know, the aging industry is a new—built and comprehensive one.The development of the aging industry symbolizes the degree of civilization and the progress of society,which is the certain production that the society of the human develops to come a certain stage .However,Nowadays,the development of aging industry of our country is a still early stage.Since several years,with the degree of the continue deepening of an aging population in Jilin province,the aging industry burn.However,the aging industry is a young and immatural indstry,the development of the aging industry in Jilin province has not enough chance to learn too much successful experience and example.However,the big enviorment supplies the important chance for the development of the aging industry,only chance is not enough.To develop the aging industry needs to be hold by local government,to make the according policies by allying the relative sections.Building the perfect laws and regulations and old age insurance system,enlarging the financing channel of the aging industry,giving preferential tax revenue and positively accelerating the action of supervising of Industry Association and enhancing the quality of practitioner,which these policies make the aging industry take root the fruitful soil and inhabit a comfortable economic environment and accelerate growth in the help of the whole society,so the the aging industry really becomes animportant prop industry in the aging population society.Consequencely,only cherishing the support from the local government policies makes the aging industry accelerare its huge space and potential in order to supply the support for building the harmonious society. The aim of this paper is,first of all,to develop the aging industry of an aging population as the background of this paper,on the base of the analysis of big outer conditions and SWOT,finally,to theorily clarify the important action of local government about how to develop the aging industry and to cast light upon according policies.The paper is base of clarifying of intruduction,aparting from five chapters.The first chapter clarifies relative theories on local government and the aging industry;the second chapter analysize to be further that the proceeding of the development of the aging industry are facing hard problems;the third chapter introduces critical action on the support of development of the aging industry from the local government policies;the forth chapter casts light on the Japan government how to develop the aging industry and how to positively deal with one,the most important is,learning and innovating some favorable experience from Japan government;the fifth chapter summorizes some according policies that local government supports and assists the development of the aging industry.At last,to summorize the whole paper.To develop the aging industry needs the attention and care of the whole society,but in the proceeding of development,the important action of local government is not replaceable.So,to develop the aging industry should be guilded by local government,and ally with finance associations,industry association and enterprises commomly to be responsible for the development of the aging industry in order to accelerate the aging industry well develop and formate the sustainable mode of development of the aging indutry.
