Since 1980s, the global consumer ability and awareness, the field of personal loans around the world have made great progress, emerging form of loans. However, because of China always attaches importance to the business of commercial banks, personal credit business competitiveness is weak, a serious lack of competition experience, coupled with China's commercial banks of financial strength, operating mechanism, technology and management experience is limited, there are many consumer credit risk management problem. Financial turmoil and U.S. sub-prime mortgage crisis, warning commercial banks must pay attention to consumer credit business of risk management. Therefore, to explore commercial bank personal credit risk management is imminent.In this paper, M Commercial Bank branch in Yunnan Province as a case study, the use of literature analysis and quantitative analysis, the analysis of M branch of Commercial Bank Personal Credit Risk Management in Yunnan Province based on the status of proposed M Bank branch in Yunnan Province consumer credit risk management models and improve risk management response.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, describes the background, the significance and value of topics. The second part is the theoretical basis, mainly on the theory of credit risk and foreign advanced model of consumer credit risk management. The third section describes the M branches of commercial banks in Yunnan Province, the basic situation of the individual credit risk analysis of the current situation and existing problems, and personal reasons for the formation of credit risk. The fourth part describes the basic personal credit risk analysis method based on the content to M branches of commercial banks in Yunnan personal credit history, credit status of customers for the sample was constructed using logistic regression analysis of individual credit risk management assessment model. The fifth section presents the M branch of commercial banks in Yunnan Province, measures of consumer credit risk management, from the macro and micro levels are described. Part VI of the text are summarized, and future research were discussed.
