Organization change theories and models in study abroad has a long history and many research results, so to speak, Organizational Change Management in Western academia has been the focus of attention. With the comprehensive development of the last century, economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology and enterprise applications has changed the traditional business models, management tools and operational processes, so that the original corporate organization has undergone tremendous changes, many Western companies have conducted the practice of organization change, or even rise to the "reorganization" of the height to carry out.Currently, research on organization change has been more comprehensive and in-depth, mainly in the context of organization change, change models, ways and means, change the trend and content, change the path selection, the process of change control, change the performance measures, management and leading change, change of success and failure, and many other aspects of strategic change have formed a systematic theory and methodology. Compared with foreign countries on a more comprehensive and in-depth organization change research, the domestic research in organization change reflects two characteristics:First, the theoretical research results of less innovative, the second is more focused on the research results of foreign local applied research. Organization change for the tobacco industry is still not related to the research base in domestic.So far is still "unified leadership, vertical management, monopoly franchise," the management system, the Chinese tobacco industry, in the monopoly control of the context plan, tobacco companies how to implement organization change is the main research directions of the paper. The main research contents of this paper is the following three aspects:First, system carding and researching the theoretical system of organization change and research progress; Second, the theory of organization change in the relative system, based on the use of empirical research methods, the formation of the original Honghe (tobacco) Group for the sample case of systemic organizational change and development. Third, the use of relevant models and theories of organizational change, explore the way of success of organization change in Tobacco Enterprises.
