Research On Simulation Of Project Agent-Construction-Organization Operation

Agent construction implementing in China’s Public Project is still in its early stages, andthe management system of agent construction is still imperfect. Currently most domesticresearches focused on the model and relationship of agent construction, quite rarely from theorganizational point. Therefore, this paper chose to study the operation of agent constructorganization in order to improve project management level and efficiency of governmentinvestments, having very important practical significance.All of the content in this paper was based on the idea of management system simulation.System dynamics simulation, multi-agent simulation and discrete event simulation wereapplied in Chapter Two, Chapter Three and Chapter Four respectively. The full text firstintroduced the origin and development of agent construction, as well as China’s situation andproblems. Then it divided operating simulation of agent construct organization into agentconstruction, organizational culture, service supply chain and simulation of managementorganization, and reviewed their related theories and studies minutely. And then, in the studyof organizational culture of agent construction, it analyzed the definition, classification andhierarchy of culture, and proposed organizational culture force model of agent construction.When simulating the construction agent operation, it introduced concepts of project agentconstruction and construction agent, established organizational effectiveness model ofconstruction agent, and analyzed some factors including organizational culture, employeesatisfaction and productivity. Finally, studying service supply chain of agent construction, itdescribed a service supply chain, and established service supply chain simulating model ofproject agent construction.
