This paper is to analyze the influence factors of investigating financing behaviors and willingness after observing household's behaviors.Basing on the research of the home and abroad results,to understand the farmer's financing behaviors deeply, this paper sets typical and sample sampling survey to analyzes the farmer's invest and financing behaviors during the producing. Then, in line with the circumstances, this paper compares with the real station. This paper selects questionnaire and model methods to canalize the farmer's invest and financing behaviors. Finally, this paper points out the problems of the study results on farmers. And the author gives several advices to improve the farmer's financing behaviors, which may assure the farmland financing of scale and effect. The conclusion contains:(1) There is little loan under a gap between theoretic investment and actual finance. Farmland mortgage doesn't exist. Willingness and preference of farmer towards farmland protection deviate from policy obviously.(2) Influencing factors affecting farmers is personal feature and benefit. Policies and location affect accessibility of loan, to some extent.(3) Finally, new financing model is comparative advantageous. However, the scale is small because of restriction from time and space. What's more, how is self-development of the new fiance model maintains unknown.
