Chengdu talent market is established by the Ministry of Personnel and Chengdu Municipal Government jointly, it's a national talent marke. These years, with professional hardware and quality service, Chengdu talent market has developed into one of the important regional talent markets, establishes a good brand reputation and image, also has a high reputation in Sichuan Province as well as the entire Southwest region. In recent years, with the fierce competition in talent market, Chengdu talent market also faces great challenges. So, only by improving service quality and customer satisfaction constantly, Chengdu talent market can get long-term development in the fierce competition.Customer satisfaction research and evaluation is an effective way to identify problems, and then to enhance customer satisfaction. At present, foreign and domestic scholars and agencyes study satisfaction index system and the actual evaluation for a long-term, formes many customer satisfaction index systemes, models and appraisal methods. The China Customer Satisfaction Index (CCSI) is most popular in many Chinese industries, also is used in many fields. The CCSI evaluates customer satisfaction effectively from brand image, quality expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and loyalty, it is tested by a lot of practice, and it's a mature and reliable model.Therefore, this article from the perspective of customer satisfaction, based on the CCSI, constructs customer satisfaction index of recruitment in Chengdu talent market, evaluates customer satisfaction of recruitment of job seekers and employers. This article includes five chapters.ChapterⅠ:Introduction. This part describes the background and research significance, status, main contents and target, introduces research methods, structure system and technical routes, also the main innovation point.ChapterⅡ:The theoretical basis about customer satisfaction. This part elaborates the theory of customer satisfaction, including the concept and influence factors about customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction index models, focusing on Sweden, the United States, Europe and China Customer Satisfaction Index Model.Chapter III:The necessity of evaluating recruitment customer satisfaction of Chengdu talent market. This chapter introduces the basic situation and the main problem about recruitment of Chengdu talent recruitment, then analyses the necessity of evaluating recruitment customer satisfaction of Chengdu talent market.Chapter IV:The construction of recruitment customer satisfaction index system of Chengdu talent market. This chapter combines the business content of recruitment with China Customer Satisfaction Index (CCSI), constructes recruitment customer satisfaction index System of Chengdu recruitment market.Chapter V:The empirical study of recruitment customer satisfaction of Chengdu talent market. According to the recruitment customer satisfaction index system, from the perspective of job seekers and employers, designes the questionnaires to survey the customer satisfaction of recruitment customer satisfaction.Then analyzes the survey data to calculate the recruitment of customer satisfaction about job seekers and employers, finally, gives the suggestion about how to enhance the customer satisfaction.In summary, this paper gives a new exploration to the recruitment customer satisfaction of Chengdu talent market, provides a reference for the improvement of services and customer satisfaction.
