Along with the development of the Internet, more and more Internet recruitment service enterprises and personnel in the favor, and the network began recruiting industry prosperity. In 2006, the access of foreign capital, China's network recruit industry is in increasingly fierce competition. But most of the current domestic Web site operators to stay competitive in marketing front, rather than in services and technical level innovation, the corresponding services homogenization of the situation will be more. Therefore, this paper will be from the concept of customer satisfaction, based on online job seekers as a visual angle, and explore the online job seekers with a service element.In this paper, reference services at home and abroad satisfaction related sites on the basis of the literature, foreign services on the entire network research results, combined with the actual situation constructed domestic online job seekers with a service element model. Services include elements of the information content, easy navigation, ease of use, personalization and customization, response, security, six dimensions. After the questionnaire design and testing of small-scale questionnaire, Inventory Optimization formed after a formal questionnaire. This paper mainly focused on the Chinese network of excellence, 51job, intellect for the recruitment. Finally, a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed through various channels, and the research lasted 14 days, and recovered 270 questionnaires. Only 234 questionnaires were valid questionnaires. Then we used SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for effective data descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis proved the hypothesis, and constructing this model, and also to further the use of different experiences and different groups of gender differences in test.Major finding show that online recruitment websites wanted to attract job seekers and their satisfaction with the first job was to be the safety and reliability of websites. In the establishment of a sense of trust of the website, information content, ease of use, personalization and customization, responsive elements can play a role. Easy navigation of the service elements in the text did not receive empirical support. In addition, this study can hope for talent recruitment website of theoretical study and practical contribution.
