Research On Methods Of Process Design And Optimization Based On Knowledge Management

A well-designed process is the prerequisite and the key for the successful implementation of process management. Process characteristics of complexity knowledge determine must use system of knowledge management method on process design and optimization, and cannot rely on empirical methods.This research is one on process design and process optimization method, rules and system. The current study of process design and process optimization focused on the research process and support tools, while the design method which is connecting the two parts of the fields somewhat lacking. The design should make use of Knowledge Management and Knowledge Engineering methods to solve. Therefore, as a starting point, the subject research the Process Design and Optimization method systems based on knowledge management, makes every effort through process knowledge system analysis and process knowledge method of the systematic application, to solve the Process Design and Optimization process related issues.In order to solve these problems, the paper comprehensive adoption of literature study, system analysis and model analysis and induction method, first constructed the process knowledge system covering process ontology knowledge and process design/optimization, then the paper puts forward the process design and process optimization design logical model. And on this basis, build "the three-phase design model " and "three stages process optimization model" based on knowledge management. That is the "system design—parameter design—review design" of structural design framework based on process knowledge, to realize the process design; and the framework "based on knowledge abstraction problem analysis - based on knowledge digging the cause analysis - based on knowledge innovation solutions", to realize the process optimization. Among them, process configuration design method is presented based on "process characteristic", namely the proposed change process design for process configuration design changes. In the optimization, the paper summarizes the 26 kinds of basic knowledge reasoning type through the literature review, Through the use of "basic reasoning type " to construct the optimal rules, based on optimization rules is optimized.The complete thesis in accordance with the questions, analyze and solve problems step by step to start thinking, that is divided into seven chapters:First, the introduction section present the main problem of this paper through analyzing the research background; Secondly, in the second chapter of relevant literature and theoretical problems were reviewed; The third chapter analysis and defines the problems involved in the important concepts and the main research logic; and in the next two chapters, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, as the main body of this paper, make an analytical study, construct the basic model and analytical model and so on, and validate the model through the examples of Chapter six. Finally, the chapter seven summarizes the research projects and directs the future research.
