Study On Intensive Use Of Rural Residential Land In The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

At present, with the accelerated process of urbanization, China has entered the efforts to get rid of the whole urban-rural dual structure and get ready to entering into an important period of urban-rural integration. Due to always lack of planning guidance, the defects of rural residential in the construction process are the larger-scare land-use, structural imbalance, low efficiency and other problems, which causing a huge waste of land resources. So in the period of urban-rural integration, Intensive use of rural residential land has important significance.From economics, sociology, ecology, urban planning point of view, this paper analyzes the problems of rural residential land use. On this basis, this paper discuss the impact of intensive land use factors and the dynamic mechanism, and from planning point of view, examines and interpret the intensive use of rural residential land and multi-interpretation of the process demands. In the background of urban-rural integration, this paper tries building urban-rural integration of planning which rely on land-use intensive. Through urban-rural residential system planning, urban-rural residential location plans, urban-rural residential construction planning on promoting the intensive use of land in rural areas. Next, this paper discussed strategies and measures from the reform, policy on improving urban-rural integration rural residential land intensive use. Finally, Suzhou as a case for research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the intensive land use planning path and mode in rural residential of Suzhou.
