Research On The Influence Factors Of Intensive Land Use Of Rural Residential Area Under The Background Of Building New Rural Towns

The construction of socialist new towns is the inevitable request of building socialismand harmonious society. New rural construction is closely bound up with solving problemsof "rural areas, farmers and agriculture". To solving the "three problems" is thefundamental and global issues on the process of building harmonious society. On theprocess of new rural construction, how to solving intensive exploitation and economizingon land utilization is of great significance to our financial and societal sustainabledevelopment.In recent years, along with our country development of economy and the continuedpropulsion of industrialism, a large number rural people run to the city, the increasingurbanization makes quantity demanded of construction land rapid increase. At the sametime, rural emerged a new wave of building heat, in the case of the rural populationdecline，due to the lack of rural house-building plan, scattered layout, extensive using,cause massive waste of land resources and increasing of countryside residential area.Under the new environment, to study the situation of rural residential land intensive useand make it turn into intensive from extensive way, it can meet the requirements forbuilding a well-off society and building a resource-saving society and it is also the internalrequirement of building a new socialist countryside, has a profound historical significance.For rural residential land-use system, how to establish a scientific evaluation of landintensive utilization system, and evaluate effectively the current level of rural residentialland intensive use is a very important issue. This dissertation, we will use the trail to ask aquestion, analysis of problem and solving problem, study on Nancun town of Lean countyarea, the studying object of new countryside construction project which approved in2008-2012,on the basis of the latest research on the national and internal theory forreference, use the combination of qualitative and quantitative approach, Select the status ofthe evaluation unit data and the new rural planning, the establishment of evaluationsystem, the data of the rural Nancun town residential status data and the new rural planning intensive use of evaluation, evaluation index is selected according to the actualsituation of the Nancun town, using AHP to determine each the index weights andweighted scoring method to calculate the final score of intensive. Results of comparativeanalysis and found that the problem of the the Nancun town status quo of rural residentialland, as well as the construction of new rural strengths and role in the improvement ofrural residential land intensive use. At the same time, the analysis of the problems in theNancun town new rural construction process, and propose solutions to analyse the newrural construction land recent situation and existent problem, to evaluate the new ruralconstruction land intensive utilization level，then find the problem, reason of its existence.The factors affecting the rural residential land intensity level of Nancun town are: serioushomestead waste and the management is not strict; capital, technology and other factorsaffect the Nancun town in rural residential land is limited, affecting land productivity;farmers cultivated land protection awareness is not strong cause serious waste of landresources. Put forward opinions and suggestions on this basis for the Nancun town ruralresidential intensive land use, should strengthen the management of land, homestead landprotection laws and information publicity; should be strengthened in the process ofbuilding for the future of rural settlements; should be added the strength of the constructionland intensive use; should strengthen the rural residential land planning and land-useprocess in strict accordance with the implementation of the program.
