Rural land cartilage as farmers basic living material, which circulation relates to hundreds of millions of peasants' vital interests, relates to the rural social and economic stability. With Chinese urbanization, industrialization advancement speeding up, urban construction land shortage problem to be solved urgently, Rural land cartilage as land capital wealth character also emerges. Chongqing as urban and rural pilot city, in the development process, urban-rural divide the land system especially house-site requirements, more and more become baggage of Chongqing solving labor transfer as well as the employment problem.This study absorbs the domestic and foreign land system, circulation and utilization, etc, basis of the theory about urban and rural areas, and closely combining the background, analysis present situation and characteristics of Chongqing Rural land cartilage, and discusses the factors restricting Rural land cartilage. Finally in Chongqing Rural land cartilage transition and goals, this has designed the suitable models of rural land cartilage transition, and put forward the corresponding security measures to promote house-site circulation. This study contents and main conclusions are as follows:Part one is prefaces, which describes the background, significance, research summarizes on major topics both at home and abroad, content and research method of this thesisPart two is typical regions of our country countryside homestead circulation, described the main practices and to compare. This paper chose Tianjin, Chengdu, Zhejiang three provinces and cities, which had some successful exploration and practice in the transition of rural land cartilage.The third chapter summarizes the current situations of Chongqing rural land cartilage transition, and analysis factor of .restriction.The fourth chapter mainly explore Chongqing rural land cartilage transition models, discusses the target selection and circulation principles, finally proposes policy measures to safeguard Chongqing rural land cartilage transition .Part five is conclusions and innovation of research, and the concept of in-depth research studies, this chapter summarizes the research of the front, and then gives future prospects for further in-depth study.
