Currently, the development of marine scientific and technological revolution has become important areas of the world. Research and development of marine drugs as the forefront of marine biological resources has been increased worldwide attention. Marine drugs as an important part of marine economy have got more and more attention to all levels of government. After thirty years of development, China's marine pharmaceutical industry is facing the excellent opportunities for development. Marine drugs provide a new way for catching up with the world level. As a knowledge-intensive industrial cluster, it has played an important role in promoting research cooperation and speeding up the success of the industrialization. However, marine drug research and development capacity is weak. While the clusters in the geographical proximity, but Cluster Innovation is not significant to the local economy. Independent innovation is the re-combination of different knowledge. We can explore new knowledge through using appropriate methods to get more important and higher level knowledge during innovation process, completing knowledge sublimation accelerating the cluster of independent innovation capacity and enhancing the competitive advantage of cluster.This thesis uses industrial cluster theory, cluster innovation theory, knowledge management and social networks on the basis of theoretical research, drawing on existing research scholars, the application of complex systems theory, game theory to analyze marine pharmaceuticals cluster of independent innovation and knowledge into related issues. First, we Research the way the process of sublimation and get knowledge sublimation model from the knowledge-flow perspective by analyzing the existing of organizational knowledge transformation model, combining features of marine drug cluster itself. Secondly, from the knowledge-flow cluster, cluster study and Cooperative competition three dimensions analyzing the impact of cluster innovation according to the cluster theory of competitive advantage. Finally, analyze the cluster nodes from using of social network analysis methods and propose the strategies and recommendations on controlling knowledge sublimation. The full content is:(1) Combination of characteristics of knowledge-intensive cluster of marine drugs, and using knowledge conversion theory, cluster innovation theory and complex systems theory. Knowledge sublimation in the Marine Pharmaceutical Colony is deeply studied. Define the concept of knowledge into the cluster and form a model of knowledge flows and transformation based cluster.(2) From the perspective of complex systems, define the concept of cluster innovation systems and knowledge flows from the cluster according to the national innovation system theory, regional innovation system theory and Enterprise Innovation System. From the knowledge-flow cluster, cluster study and Cooperative competition three dimensions analyzing the impact of cluster innovation(3) Through social network analysis to analyze the flow of knowledge of the cluster by constructing the knowledge-flow model, cluster growth model of knowledge. Establish the cluster network topology and prove the model from both qualitative and quantitative view.(4) The empirical study found that the different nodes in the cluster playing different roles in the process of knowledge flows and innovation. Promote rational and efficient flow of knowledge clusters to speed up the pace of innovation clusters by strengthening the core nodes construction.
