With China’s rapid economic development, the full utilization and rational use of water resources is an important factor directly affects the healthy development of the city. Water is considered to be renewable each scale urban construction and indispensable key projects to improve water recycling cities and the surrounding environment, the extraordinary benefits of saving water, greatly easing the build environment-friendly society and environment requirements contradiction between inadequate governance capacity, for the protection of the ecological environment has important significance offshore.Recycled water industry as an emerging industry, lower barriers to entry, there are national governments to provide incentives, called the investment direction of many investors, but the project long construction period, capital investment, many uncertain factors, therefore the presence of recycled water projects many potential risk factors, if ignored blindness investment risks may cause eventual failure, must be in advance of the recycled water project investment risk assessment.This article as a whole is divided into eight parts. The first part of the analysis of the recycled water project investment risk assessment studies background, this paper discusses the current research project investment risk. The second part describes the main theoretical clear project investment risk assessment studies, and combed the main method of the current project investment risk assessment and its scope of application conditions and were compared and analyzed for water project investment risk assessment methods regeneration selecting and applying foundation. The third part of the basic introduction of renewable water projects, including the scope of the project location and services, project construction scale and effluent standards, project funding and project the main economic indicators. Based on this understanding of the project, including analysis and project investment environment SWOT analysis, to provide a basis for risk assessment of the project investment. The fourth part introduces the purpose and principles of risk identification, followed by analysis of the automobile industrial park investment in renewable water projects may face a major risk categories, including natural risk, policy risk, economic risk, technology risk, security risk, etc. combined with recycled water for specific projects, the risks that exist in the project specific identification and analysis. The fifth part conducts the comprehensive financial analysis on economic feasibility of the project. The sixth part is the key part of this paper, in order to use stress analysis, sensitivity analysisand fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for recycling plant project integrated risk assessment, and the evaluation results were analyzed. The seventh part combined risk response theory, based on indicators and analysis of the results of the above section, provide the appropriate response. The last part of paper to make the conclusion and show the way forward of this study.
