| With the development for many years, Sichuan Province has established a number of leading domestic and international well-known medium-sized enterprises; it also has established developed economic regions such as"Chengdu Deyang and Mianyang Economic Circle". The gross domestic product and per capita income have being increased years by years, people's living standards have being improved. Undeniably, Sichuan is still a big agricultural province, especially in less developed rural areas, infrastructure construction, cultural level, health care status and farmers' income are still at a very low level.In the background of overall the urban-rural development, promoting the urbanization process scientific and orderly is one of the most effective manners to narrow the gap of urban-rural areas and gradually realize urban-rural integration. However, due to the limitation of various historical, natural and cultural conditions, the development of urbanization process in less developed areas is still relatively slow. On the other hand, the appearance of "aggressive" urbanization result s in a series of problems for sustainable development, it departs from the goal of overall the urban-rural development.In this paper, according to the actual situation in less developed areas in Sichuan Province, we use the theory of sustainable development to analysis the obstacles existed in the process of increasing urbanization rate and various phenomena of unsustainable development that existed in actual operation, it also analysis current problems and difficulties of the urbanization process in less developed areas. Proposing the idea that using the existing infrastructure to develop the county and gradually form county scale and radiation effects, thus improving the county urbanization rate. Gradually realize the development goals of intensive economic, demographic intensive and beautiful environment. Through this paper, we hope it will be a strong reference for reality operation. |
