Situational Judgment tests as a new talents test star that is more and more widespread. Because it has the following advantages: low simulation,preferable anti-counterfeiting ability ,little development costs and high related validity, so it has been used in a very large field. In this research,under the direction of SJT,the author construct the situational judgment test of middle-1evel managers ability ,so that explore the quality of middle-1evel managers and develop an evaluation tool that can guide practice.The whole construct processes build up with eight steps. First,consulting literature and expert's opinion ,conceive the thought of study. Second , through behavioral event interview, collecting situation. Third,experts discuss and judge the representative level of situations, selecting the representative situation. Forth,using open questionnaire that constituted by representative situation to collect reactions. Fifth, using Delphi method , experts decide the order of the reactions . Sixth,survey on a large scale. Seventh,using excel,spss analysis data. Eighth,analysis validity and reliability of the test.Using two score methods: deviation score method and coefficient score method, Comparing validity and reliability of the test with the two score methods. The results indicate Cronbach's Alpha is 0.863 or 0.937 . Middle-level managers's Job performance test as criterion-related validity , the correlation is -0.655 or 0.653, the validity and reliability all meet the demand. Cronbach's Alpha of Middle-level managers's Job performance test (total test) is 0.838, the correlation is 0.403;after factor analysis , extracting four factors: interpersonal communication, leadership, personal effectiveness, performance orientation. The author expects through the study, developing"situational judgment test of middle-1evel managers ability",facilitating the study of middle-level managers's ability work in Practice field.
