At the beginning of 2010, Foxconn company located in shenzhen happened a series of employees jump off. These series of vicious jump incidents caused a nationwide shock.Times, the happiness of people, sharply abstracted the attention of people.At that time,happniess became a keywords. However, researchers put too much attention on the work happiness itself, and ignored the change of work performance caused by the felling of work happiness by employees. The change of work performance will change the competitiveness of the enterprises and profitability. When researchers research work happiness and work performance of employees more from a wide view, such as a country or region's all workers as the research object, but less likely to focus on simple area and specific work. Scholars see these two problem as different part.For example, researchers put their attention to the definition of work happiness, how to account the feeling of happiness. The study of work performance also like this.But for employee's perceivion of happiness will how to influence the work performance didn't draw researchers's attention. So the results of relationship between work happiness and work performance are little.The author made the employees in private enterprise of Anhui province as the research object, the comprehensive salary, pressure level, career, staff belonging, and staff autonomy constitutes the five dimensions of employee's work happiness. When compiled the questionnaire, the author made this five dimensions as the key link.Set employees in private enterprise of Anhui province as objectives. Then used statistical methods to treated these data. Set the final data as actual level of work happiness and work performance.The final research results show that the scores of employees in comprehensive salary, career, staff belonging respectively are 2.9475,2.5457, 2.5213,2.7492, all did not exceed 3, it indicates that the employee in the work of the four dimensions of satisfaction is low.The score of pressure, is 3.3374。it indicates that the employee in work generally feel work pressure. And the employee performance, the score is 2.7246,it indicates that the employee's job performance is not high. Employee's work the overall score of happiness 2.588, private enterprise staff's work that happiness is low. And the research results show that overall compensation, pressure level, career, staff belonging, working with staff to five dimensions of autonomy for the performance of the correlation coefficient 0.520, respectively 0.860,0.625,0.674,0.601, and these coefficient and the level of significance were less than 0.05, these coefficient happiness that constitute staff between five dimensions and job performance is a strong relevance, research hypotheses all proven, it also indicates that the employee in the work of the strength of the gain of happiness will work the next job performance level of play, through a direct impact on the existing system for enterprises to change to increase the staffs working happiness can achieve the purpose of improving employee work performance, and can improve enterprise overall efficiency level and competitive level.
