Knowledge workers as the core strength of the current enterprise organization and plays an important role in enterprise organization. Therefore, improving the focus of one employee happiness business. The purpose of this study is that previous research by exploring antecedents employee job performance. I hope empirical research seeking to enhance employee job performance path.In this paper, the method of literature review and survey research and data analysis. Provide for the accumulation of building materials and the research model by assuming that the collection and study of literature research literature-based research. Situation questionnaires collected by the company’s employees work performance, working conditions and the quality of work life happiness information. Through factor analysis and correlation analysis and descriptive analysis, regression analysis of data analysis techniques to explore the exploratory work happiness, quality of work life and employee job performance relationship.This study mainly includes three aspects:first, through literature research and analysis, this paper studies the model came and assumptions. SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data acquisition of enterprises through the use of quantitative research, correlation analysis study was to investigate the value of the work of well-being work, prospects, relationships, benefits, environmental control, autonomy, self-acceptance seven dimensions work values, tasks, organizational environment, social and psychological three dimensions and job performance of task performance, devotion and dedication to work, promote interpersonal relations in three dimensions, using regression analysis revealed three variables and detailed dimensions causality, which work by improving the well-being research, to create a good quality of work life for employees to enhance staff performance management measures.
