Evaluation On Economic Contribution Of Anhui's Information Industry And Countermeasures Study

Social economy development is depending on promoting productivity, technological revolution broke out three times in human history. The first technological revolution was marked by invention of the steam engine; Textile industry and steel industry were appeared. The second technology revolution was marked with electrification; power, oil, cars and aircraft manufacturing industries were appeared. The third technology revolution was marked by the electronic computer applications, resulting in the information industry, the nuclear, and biochemistry industry appeared; especially the information industry produced significantly improved social productivity, promoted the rapid development of economy, and also in gradually altered the way of human life and thinking. Studying the history of industrial substitution, we find information industry will become a new power to promote the development of social economy, and become the fourth industry after the three industries. China information department was established in 1998, marking our information industry began to develop by the national attention; And The National People's Congress in 16 times puts forward:"informatization spurs industrialization,meanwhile industrialization promotes informatization, Our country should go to an new industrialization way, all areas of economic and social wide use information technology." China's information industry went into a new stage of development. Because regional differences exist in China's information industry, Information industry of the eastern region is growing faster than the central region's Information industry, the west region's in formation industry grows slowly; To solve the balanced development between area, the Chinese government put forward "rising in central of China" strategy, Anhui province is a member of in central region, especially having a good location advantage, Anhui should focus on the development of the information industry so as to drive the economic development of Anhui province. The information industry of Anhui province on economic evaluation and the countermeasure analysis can provide theoretical foundation to the development of the Anhui's information industry; the paper can give some feasible countermeasures for Anhui economy development.The paper is consisted of the following six parts:PartⅠ. Introduction, including the purpose of the research and significance, domestic and foreign related literature review and comments, research idea and research method and this paper innovation.PartⅡ. Related theory analysis, about the concept of information industry, the information industry and non-steady theory, Industry association theory, information industry mechanism of action of economic contributions.PartⅢ. Analyzed on the current situation of the Anhui's information industry. By using data from 2005 to 2009, first analyzed overall development situation of anhui's information industry; then analyzed the current situation of information manufacturing and information services on Anhui's information industry.PartⅣ. Empirical research on economic contributions of Anhui's information industry and influence factors analysis. First analysis the direct economic contributions of anhui's information industry from the quantitative and structure aspect, then by using modified Fidel model and VAR model on indirect economy contributions of information industry in anhui province from the quantitative and structure aspect, finally we can get relevant conclusion; the last we analysis the influential factors on economic contribution of Anhui's information industry, separately from talent, policy, technology, capital four factors angles.PartⅤ. Analysis the countermeasures on improving the economic contributions of information industry in Anhui province. Combined with the actual situation, we put forward relevant countermeasures from talents, policy, technology, capital aspect in Anhui province.PartⅥ. Conclusion and prospect. which present our conclusion of this study, and eventually outlook for future research.The paper reaches some conclusions as follows:First, The contribution of information industry to GDP is more and more obvious in Anhui province; Second, Investment on information industry,we can get more than 20% economic effect than non-information industry investment; Third, The gap of productivity exists between information industry and non-information industry; Fourth, Anhui's information industry correlativeness with the first industry most closely on technology aspect, followed by the tertiary industry, and the last is the first industry; Fifth, The influence factors of information industry in Anhui province are:talent, technology, capital and policies.The innovation of this paper lies in, evaluation information industry economic contribution in two aspects from the direct and indirect in Anhui province, the paper uses a modified Fidel model and VAR model to illustrate the indirect contributions of information industry in Anhui province. Using a modified Fidel model,we concluded that the economic of information industry in Anhui province spill with the non-information industry, the marginal productivity difference on the information industry and non-information industry;Using of VAR model, we can get how a standard deviation of Anhui's information impact on the three industries...
