Research On The Choice Of Auto Enterprise Logistics Pattern By Resources Ability Theory

Along with automobile enterprise's unceasing development, the automobile manufacture's competition is getting more intense. Reducing the automobile production cost effectively is the very important means for automobile enterprises to keep competitive. But the current automobile fabrication technology already developes to a very high level, it is too difficulty for enterprises to reduces the automobile production cost through the technical change, therefore the automobile logistics which is said "the third profit source" for automobile enterprises gradually becomes the focal point by the automobile manufacturing firms. The automobile enterprise's logistics has two kinds of patterns "the self-management and the outsourcing", this article pays attention on that which logistics pattern automobile enterprise will choose based on its own resources.This article proposes the transaction cost theory and enterprise's resources ability theory, from our country automobile enterprises'logistics profession and the automobile enterprise's empirical analysis, it has proved that enterprise's resources ability theory is stronger to explan automobile enterprise logistics pattern's choice. This paper unifies enterprise's resources ability theory and enterprise's strategic theory, considers that when enterpris'core competencies is not strong, it will develop the specialized path with single-hearted devotion to promote its core competitiveness through resources'utilization; Gradually along with this enterprise core competencies strengthening, enterprise will adopt the related multiplex expansion for a better development. It is usefull for enterprise expansion because choosing related multiplex will help the enterprise use its own resources and ability. The enterprise will raised the new core competencies gradually in the related multiplication's process, and the new core competencies'appearance strengthened enterprise's competitive power, thus it is advantageous for the enterprise's better development.Based on the enterprise's resources ability theory, this article's demonstration part analyses the phenomenon that joint capital automobile enterprise choose self-management logistics, and native place enterprise choose outsourcing logistics, then designed the general way of automobile enterprise logistics pattern choice. This way divides automobile enterprise's development process into three stages, the automobile enterprise has he different developmental strategies in different stages. In the first stage, the automobile enterprise's manufacture level and the managed capacity are limited, so the automobile enterprise must promote the manufacturing capacity firstly, the automobile enterprise should choose outsourcing logistics; In the second stage, automobile enterprise's manufacture level and the management level achieved to the lead position in domestic, so the automobile enterprise had ability and energy to choose self-management logistics, which is consistent with automobile enterprise's strategic target. Along with the automobile enterprise's logistic ability's unceasing promoted, automobile enterprise comes into being the specialized third party logistics enterprise in the third stage.
