The Research On The Relationship Of Financial Symbiotic Between China's Banking And Insurance

30 years of sustained economic growth is based on inefficient use of resources and the expense of over-exploitation, which leads to ecological imbalance, resource depletion, environmental pollution problems,and the contradiction between ecological balance and economic development becomes increasingly prominent. Just relying on law enforcement measures and administrative constraints alone to improve the deteriorating environmental situation have little effect, on this basis, government must lead the market-based instruments in,such as financial regulation in order to truly achieve energy reduction targets.Therefore,the research on the green credit policy of China's commercial banks is particularly important, the green credit is not only responsive to the requirements of the development of low-carbon economy, but also encouraging commercial banks to get a good reputation and the birth of new business ideas, and making commercial banks to open up new profit growth point.This paper is based on green finance theory, on basis of successful experience of the green credit of foreign commercial banks, this paper analyzes the constraints factors of the green credit of commercial banks, including green credit depart from the traditional banking business objectives, lacking of market effective mechanism to encourage commercial banks, local government "only on GDP", defecting information-sharing mechanism. In particular, through the game model between the local governments and banks, between the polluting enterprises and banks,analyzes the reason of slow implementation of the green credit policy.And propose to build the green credit system, including improving the institutional arrangements of green credit system, to avoid local protectionism,strengthen information communication and sharing mechanism between the financial industry and the environmental protection department. Finally, take the carbon finance business of the Industrial Bank for example, proposing countermeasures to improve the development of the green credit of Industrial Bank.
